This is the unique information for most hosting companies who do not provide this information. This is a popular request and is why we are now offering it to our customers. Listed below is most of the hardware your site is or will be hosted with.

GetCyberHome puts approximately 150 to 200 web sites per server. This number is quite low, the normal number of sites per server for other hosting companies is 250 to 350 sites. By putting more than 150 to 200 sites per server they are making it impossible to provide "Transaction Server/ASP" isolation to every customer. By not providing isolation any customer who writes bad code will affect your site. With isolation, only the customers who write the bad code will have problems. This method also allows us to pinpoint problematic sites and provide feedback to the customer so that they can fix their site.

The ultimate deciding factor for the number of sites on each server is the CPU usage. When higher plan sites who use more bandwidth / CPU are ordered it is factored into the overall number of sites that will be assigned to a server. All servers run an average of 20% usage or less and if this is exceeded, sites are moved to other servers. The low average usage means that the server will not be maxed during peak times. Server speed / stability has never been an issue with GetCyberHome using the procedures above and is why we are rated one of the highest companies for NT Server Uptime Percentages.
